MedigapWise is free to use for learning about Medicare Supplement and Part D coverage. Our pages are general information, and any plan decision is yours to make with full plan details from the insurance company.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using MedigapWise.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Medicare Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
The Site is owned and operated by ZRN Health & Financial Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as MedigapWise.com (“MedigapWise,” “we,” “us”). We are a licensed insurance agency. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
3. Information Only, Not Advice
Content on the Site is for general educational purposes. It is not insurance, medical, legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Reading the Site does not create an agent-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you speak with one of our licensed insurance agents about your own needs.

Any price shown on the Site is an example. Your actual premium is set by the insurance company based on your details and is final only when your policy is issued.

5. Consent to Contact
When you submit a form on the Site, you agree that MedigapWise and its licensed insurance agents may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by call, text message or email, about Medicare Supplement and related insurance products. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of buying any product, and you may withdraw it at any time by telling us you no longer want to be contacted.
6. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, as described in our Editorial Standards. Medicare rules, plan details and prices change, and we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current. Always confirm details with the insurance company or a licensed insurance agent before you enroll.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false information or information about another person without their permission, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or copy, scrape or republish Site content in bulk without our written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logos and design of the Site belong to MedigapWise or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Insurance company names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
9. Links to Other Websites
The Site links to government and third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MedigapWise and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This does not limit any duty our licensed insurance agents owe you under state insurance law when they assist you directly.

You agree to hold MedigapWise harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
